We are all excellent communicators when we are relaxed and enjoying ourselves;
problems arise when things get difficult; or when we don't seem to speak
the same language as the other person.
Using NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming)
we can discover not only how and why it is that we are 'not getting through to',
'not seeing eye-to-eye with', 'not on the same wavelength as' somebody else -
but also what we can do to change this.
Because we are all different, we all think in different ways; and NLP shows
us how to discover how the other person is thinking so that we can, literally,
speak the same language.
